1. Return Eligibility

    • Unworn and unused
    • In original packaging with tags attached

2. Non-Returnable Items
Cannot be returned:

  • Custom/monogrammed products
  • Items without original packaging

3. Return Process

  • Securely attach return label
    3.3 Ship return:

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic returns: €8.50 deducted from refund
  • International returns: Customer responsibility
  • Free returns for defective/wrong items

5. Refund Processing

  • Exceptions: Gift returns via store credit
