1. Return Eligibility
- 30-day return window from delivery date
 - Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
 - In original packaging with tags attached
 - Accompanied by proof of purchase
 
 
2. Non-Returnable Items
Cannot be returned:
- Final sale items (marked at purchase)
 - Custom/monogrammed products
 - Items without original packaging
 - Damaged/altered merchandise
 
3. Return Process
3.1 Initiate return:
- Through your online account
 - Via our returns portal (order number required)
3.2 Prepare package: - Use original packaging if possible
 - Include all accessories and tags
 - Securely attach return label
3.3 Ship return: - Drop at authorized carrier locations
 - Obtain and retain proof of postage
 
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic returns: €8.50 deducted from refund
 - International returns: Customer responsibility
 - Free returns for defective/wrong items
 
5. Refund Processing
- Timeframe: 7-10 business days after receipt
